Jessica Holmberg – owner of  Empire Performance Horses and Reality TV Star from A&E’s “Rodeo Girls”– is a professional barrel racer located in Pilot Point, Texas. Her barrel racing mare is a palomino quarter horse named LWFrenchmansRedMoon (“Luna”).
