Favorite Horse Products – Updated

As soon as I purchased my horse Mojo last year, he quickly became the ‘test horse’ for just about every equine product on the market as I was determined to find the very best the industry has to offer! This post is NOT sponsored, and all thoughts are my own. If you choose to save money using my discount code, I may receive a commission for your purchase.

I wrote one post with my favorite products, and I stand by each and every one of those.

Here are a few of the products that deserve to join the original list:

XTRATUF ANKLE BOOT

I bought Sadie and I a pair of these boots not expecting to be so impressed. These boots have a lot of great support so they feel like wearing a tennis shoe all day while doing barn chores.

TROXEL MIPS HELMET

Texas heat is no joke, and this helmet features 12 large vents plus a Coolcore headliner to wick moisture and keep me comfortable. Combined with state-of-the-art MIPS technology, it keeps me cool and protected.

Professional's Contoured Ventech Cinch

I put this fleece version on my last favorites list, and I use the fleece one every day. But I prefer to show in the neoprene version because I think it presents a cleaner look in the show pen.

COAT DEFENSE

I re-purchased these three products many times because I use them DAILY for every scratch, bump, or itch my horse has. These 3 products will solve ALL of your skin issues!

HORSEWARE RAMBO PROTECTOR PLUS

Mojo has split fly sheets in two within 10 minutes before. He is TOUGH on blankets in turnout. But this fly sheet covers him head to tail while withstanding his antics.

BIOMANE MANE & TAIL BRUSH

This is the best mane and tail brush I’ve come across! With Epona’s Queen Brush taking second place. I bought 3 of these to have them at home, the horse trailer, and one to travel to horse shows.

THINLINE BAREBACK PAD

Possibly my favorite horse-related purchase I’ve ever made. This bareback pad changed my life and until you ride in one, I won’t be able to make you understand.

REDMOND ROCK

The Redmond Rock Salt is Mojo’s favorite… and I tried them all! I listed the “rock on a rope” on my last favorites list, and I still offer the rocks as a supplement, but I also give them 2 scoops of this crushed version daily to make sure they are getting their minimum needs.

SYNCHILL

SynChill and Equine Elixirs’ Sudden Calm are my two favorite calming pastes. Whether I need them at a horse show or photo shoot, they both do a great job taking the “edge” off.
